Pam provides integral support to the operations team, including developing and maintaining processes to manage account reconciliation, billing, and finance and office administration tasks. Pam is passionate about providing excellent customer service and enjoys problem solving. She works collaboratively to help ensure QV’s needs are met.

Pam’s hobbies include walking her dog, spending time in the mountains, golfing, football, hockey, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
